Dr. Kaitlyn Trainor
Dr. Kaitlyn Trainor was born and raised in Charlottetown, PEI. She attended UPEI for three years before dipping out early to pursue her Doctor of Chiropractic at CMCC in Toronto. She graduated with her Doctor of Chiropractic in 2020 and began practicing in Charlottetown. Five years into practice, the right property came up and she decided to take the leap and create the clinic she’d always wished existed. And ‘well’, the rest is history.
Did she always want to be a chiropractor? No. But she knew she wanted to help people and have fun doing it. After some career exploration, she decided that becoming a chiropractor was how she could do just that.
As a girl who played with dolls for longer than she’d care to admit, it was a natural progression to pursue further education in the treatment of infants, kids, and expecting and postpartum mothers. She noticed that parents are often dismissed and told that common problems are “normal”. While they may be common, it doesn't mean they’re normal. Her clinical expertise has shown her that there is a reason and chiropractic care often provides a solution. This fueled the mission to ensure moms (and all patients) feel heard and leave the office feeling hopeful.
Dr. Kaitlyn is certified in Medical Acupuncture, the Webster Technique (for the treatment of pregnant women), and pediatric-specific techniques.
Dr. Emma Blacquiere
Dr. Emma Blacquiere graduated cum laude from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 2025, after completing three years of Kinesiology at York University. Before becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Emma was a patient herself.
Growing up, she played multiple competitive sports, including soccer, volleyball, and acrobatics. Chiropractic care became a regular part of keeping her moving, recovering from injuries, and allowing her to continue doing the things she loved. Her passion for helping people manage pain is also personal. Watching someone close to her navigate years of chronic pain shaped the way Dr. Emma thinks about pain and the importance of having options, support, and someone in your corner.
She has completed additional training in RAPID Neurofascial Reset, Rainbow Health’s 2SLGBTQ+ Foundations, and Be There Mental Health. Dr. Emma is passionate about creating a space that feels welcoming, inclusive, and comfortable.
Her goal is simple: to help patients feel empowered, informed, and supported.
We’re on a mission to be the least dreaded appointment in your calendar.
